If you're looking for Michelle's fish spatula, the cornmeal Viola uses in her polenta, a tart pan favored by our pastry teacher Stacie, or Maia's favorite olive oils, our shop features over 20 of our instructors' favorite items for kitchen and table. The photo at right shows Anson Mills' cornbread on a handmade vanIvey platter, next to the Pullman loaf pan it was baked in; all three will be available for sale.
